This is the most terrifying-looking toy I own, and by far the thickest. BUT it is not the meanest! Seriously, you'll be surprised--and grateful--when you insert it. Or try to insert it; there's no guarantee you'll get it in the first time. But if you do, you'll be pleasantly surprised by your experience! The material is very squishy, so it exerts less pressure against your sphincter than you might expect a toy of this size. I have a large butt plug a fair deal smaller than this that hurts far more. The lip under the tip can irritate to a degree, so the angle of insertion does matter somewhat, but it's not terribly invasive to insert. If you can't fit it in, it will let you know, but that's about it; it won't go in. The bumps and ridges aren't significant enough to roll past your sphincter and leave you screaming; it inserts quite smoothly. Definitely recommend if you're looking to stretch your limits (and your holes).
