We do not warehouse our selection of shoes and must special order them directly from the manufacturer before shipping to our customers. While we try to ship shoes in a timely manner, it can take anywhere from 2 - 4 weeks to arrive at your door. 

We encourage customers to double check their orders to make sure the size they ordered is correct for them. Since we cannot allow customers to try on shoes before ordering, any returns are at the expense of the customer. We cannot accept returns on any shoes that have been marked as delivered for longer than 48 hours.

Our website stays up to date with the stock that is available directly from the manufacturer. If a style or size you’re interested in is out of stock on our website, that means it is out of stock with the manufacturer and won’t be available until the manufacturer restocks it.
