I didn't get my points yet, what do I do?

It may take some time for your order to process in our system. You'll receive an email when your points are available. If you still don't see your points after your product is delivered, please contact us here and we'll look into it for you.

CAN I REDEEM A CUSTOM AMOUNT FOR MY ORDER, LIKE $5?

You can only redeem points for the preset $10, $25, $50 and $100 options. Other options may become available in the future.

I ACCIDENTALLY PLACED AN ORDER WITH ANOTHER EMAIL, CAN I TRANSFER MY POINTS?

Unfortunately, we cannot transfer points between accounts.

CAN I REDEEM POINTS IN STORE?

No, our rewards program is exclusively online and cannot be used in store.
