Hands down, best ergonomic butt plug I've ever used. The smaller bit goes between the cheeks to make it comfortable, and the Kato 1 is small enough to be nice and comfortable for long-term use with the bullet removed. The bullet vibration actually transfers to the silicone a little better than I expected so its a nice light vibration sensation.
