Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy explains how recurring product subscriptions purchased through LoveShop.ca work.

Automatic Renewals

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize LoveShop.ca to automatically charge your selected payment method and create a new order according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout.

Your subscription will continue until you pause or cancel it. There is no minimum commitment.

Subscription Discount

Active subscriptions receive the discount displayed on the product page when the subscription is created. Unless otherwise stated, the subscription discount:

  • Applies only to the subscribed product.

  • Does not apply to taxes or shipping charges.

  • Cannot always be combined with other discounts or promotional codes.

  • Does not guarantee free shipping unless the value of that individual order meets LoveShop.ca’s current free-shipping threshold.

Product prices and subscription discounts may change. If a change affects an active subscription, we will provide notice before the new price is charged whenever required.

Billing and Shipping

Your payment method will be charged automatically on each scheduled billing date.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated for each recurring order using the delivery address and shipping options available at that time.

Subscription orders are subject to product availability. If a product is unavailable or payment cannot be processed, we may retry the payment, delay or skip the order, or contact you for further instructions.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription through your LoveShop.ca customer account. Depending on the available options, you may:

  • Skip an upcoming delivery.

  • Pause your subscription.

  • Change your delivery frequency.

  • Update your payment method or shipping address.

  • Cancel your subscription.

Please make any changes before your next scheduled billing date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time without a cancellation fee.

Cancelling stops future subscription billings and deliveries. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged or processed.

If an order has already been created, contact us as quickly as possible. Order cancellations are not guaranteed once processing or fulfillment has begun.

Returns and Refunds

Subscription orders are subject to the same Return and Refund Policy as one-time purchases.

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, some intimate products may be final sale or ineligible for return once opened. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically create a refund for previously processed orders.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Subscription Policy to reflect changes to our subscription program, business practices or legal requirements. The version in effect when an order is processed will apply to that order, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.
